Aaarrrgghhh...I know that a debating engineer is not ridiculous. I love debate and I want to graduate as an Engineer. I want to handle the company and make it grow even more.

The Mean, Freakin, Temptation Machine

The day started with me, in front of the computer chatting. I was chatting with a stranger friend as I would say...she migrated to Canada just this summer..I'm not sure
I won't go anymore on the details..basta un! that was around 11:30am until 2pm..
then, I went to a computer shop near Claret to see my friends and YES we played a little game of Half Life and Counter strike...after that, we headed to the LRT station and went to Gateway to buy a gift for Estelle(our coach from La Salle). We ate first then Pekto saw "Kids at Work"..oh I mean TIMEZONE pala. hehe so we played basketball. We were about to leave until we saw this machine..it's what I called the "Mean, Freakin, Temptation Machine" why is that so? maybe because it has all these prizes like a cellphone, portable vcd player, a gameboy advance, and other stuff. We were just standing there looking at all those people who are trying to win all those prizes. If you look at the machine it seems that it's so easy to play with...I mean very EASY!!! If you played tetris or Duck Hunt on the family computer you'd probably think that "Hey! this is just a piece of cake"...That's what we thought...

This is how the game works
1. You swipe the card (of course)
2. hit the start button
3. You will start with 3 blocks that will go from left to right
4. All you have to do is to align those blocks
5. You will hear the most annoying sound in the world...next to pekto's singing especially his Carandang version of Enter Sandman.(Hoooo!!!)
6. Your goal is to reach the minor or major prize.
7. Start all over again (I bet you would 'cause it's really tempting)

So there pretty easy huh? try playing that game if you wanna get broke...

After that we bought a big card for Estelle then we went to Taco Bell to see Dino...
I called our driver and he was complaining 'cause he was going around Araneta for about 20 mins...so the conversation went like this...

El: Kuya, San ka na?
Canadian: Kanina pa ko nag-aantay deto El! Pinaalis na nga ako ng mga Pu*&$% gwardya deto eh!!! (w/ his weird but Canadianic voice) haha
El: Ah ganun ba? kanina pa kami nagaantay sa may Taco Bell eh...
Canadian: Ey senara nila ung daanan ng kotse don!
El: eh san ka ba?
Canadian: Punta na lang kayo deto! Nandeto ako sa may Farmers! Daan na lang kayo don sa may daanan ng tao na may bobong!!!
El: O sigi...

So yeah..according to Canadian we should go to the OVERPASS...so thats what we did. It was raining so definitely there's no problem 'cause there's "shelter" <==Pekto
We were actually wrong! The stairs has no freakin shelter! So obviously we got soakin wet!!! That sucks!!! After that we had problems entering the car! wahahah

So on our way to Roxas boulevard, Dino and Carlo talked about the conflict in the IDeA and the "Unang Hirit" program for the froshies...there there

Estelle's party was fun (if only we got there on time)
we saw some Dinosaur and Fossil debaters...the food was great! Even Pekto's cheek and nose tasted the food..haha

After an hour, we went to Manila baywalk. It's my first time to ever walk in that place. The atmosphere was alright except for the sardine effect! Then after that we headed home!

Syeti School Day!

It's 2:22 pm and it's our computer class. Just finished doing this Visual Basic thingy.. A sucky thing happen after PE time. We went to the clinic for some specific reason and when we came back our teacher thought we cutted class. That sucks! For real! come on!

I now have a clinic pass in my pocket and I'll probably give it later. Let's see what will happen after this. WTF!

My very long "Sayang List"...

uy astig..first post ko na tagalog. Lapit na birthday ko kaya mas madalas ako mapaisip ngayon...
Kaya binabalikan ko ang mga nangyari sa akin dati o kung hindi man nangyari pero hindi natuloy dahil SINAYANG ko...haha SINAYANG nga! Alam mo un? nakakaasar isipin after ilang days,weeks,months, or even years na nakalipas. Parang may magagawa ka tapos sinayang mo lang. Kaya ayun nga...hindi ko na mabilang lahat ng nasayang ko kung ilalagay nga sa papel hindi siguro enough lahat ng papel dito sa mundo kasi ung kalahati kelangan pa gamitin ni...ummm "Excuse me I have to go to the John. Can I have a scratch paper? Sheeet!" joke lang baka i-impale ako nun sa kanyang mahiwagang Kendo stick ba tawag dun? <-- nagsingit lang ako ng konting comedy kaso konti lang nakakarelate. Tignan nyo sinayang ko ninaman oras ko sa pagtype ng bagay konti lang ang makakarelate. Ang aksayado ko no? For the past x years o let's say ung high school life ko, maraming nangyari katulad nung first year, lagi akong perfect attendance pati lagi akong maaga tapos ngayon hindi na mabilang late ko. Dinadaya na lang ng monitor o even ng teacher para lang hindi umabot ng 999999 times. Di naman...999998 lang. Ang rami kong niregret sa buhay ko pero ang weird kasi habang tinatype ko to wala akong nararamdaman na regrets o parang wala na lang. Pero baka bukas bigla ko na lang maisip lahat habang naghahang. Pero wala na ko magagawa natapos na. Kung minsan pa may nangyayaring panibago tapos nagkakaroon ka na ng hope pero nagagawa mo pa ring sayangin. Marami kasing factor para sa akin at isang malaking factor ung nahihiya ako sa maaaring sabihin ng ibang tao. Yun ang parang humaharang sa akin na gawin ang gusto o dapat kong gawin. Ano ba yan!? Bakit ko natype un? wala ng hintuan to, walang burahan, ito ung eksaktong nasaisip ko. Sinasabi ko na...hahaha
Mayroong mga bagay na dapat mo ng kalimutan pero ayaw mo. Kung minsan maiisip mo na "anong gusto ni God mangyari?", "Ano kaya plano Nya?" sana nga kung ano man nangyari sa buhay ko may connection sya sa near future na sana may katuturan kung bakit ko nakilala ang mga taong o kung bakit ayaw mawala ng taong ito sa isip ko sa mga panahong ito. Para kasing biglang lumiit ng todo ung mundo ngayon. Ang raming koneksyon...na parang "si Ano ay pinsan si ano tapos pinsan nya rin si Ano...kaya magpipinsan sila lahat tapos kaibigan ko pa ung isa dun sa circle of magpipinsans na un", meron ring "si Ano nakasama ko sa Ano tapos after 4 months makakausap ni Ano sa Ano habang nag-aano"...ANO?!! hahaha labo
Sa school naman may mga problema ring nangyari..medyo seryoso at malaki to pero masaya at Grande naman ang mangyayari after. Naniniwala ako na Batch E ang magbibigay ng "Greatest exit in the History of Claret!" Agree? Sobrang di ko makakalimutan 4th year ko pagnasolve natin tong problemang to as a Batch...kung hindi as a Batch sobrang corny nun. Kaya pag nangyari un hindi nasayang ang high school ko sa Claret at mababawasan ng 1/4 ung nasa "Sayang List" ko. Kaya ayun matutulog na ko baka malate pa ko bukas...

Something to Blog about

Time sure is fast! I can't believe that it's been 5 days since IDEAlite...ok so about IDEA. how was it? Great! Absolutely Great! It's like if I only have a time machine I'll repeat IDEAlite cause it was pure FUN...Some serious rounds became a humor round because of the wacky definitions and out-of-this-world analogy. There...so by the sound of that and by counting all the exclamation points that means I really had FUN!!! Some schools that are expected to break didn't break *nyahahahahehe* I'll mark the date = (July 16-17 2005)

O I forgot to tell you that we didn't break...but it's ok at least CLARET B broke and even reached the Finals. YEY!!! 3 bagsak!!! Maybe it goes to show that we're not yet ready but I liked the fact that we almost broke just by 1 point! And that makes me think that we really can compete it's just that we don't strive to be better.

The next day...there was a Public Speaking contest. There was this girl from MC who had a joke about Mushrooms. She sang the Mushroom tralala song. I think she was known for that..hahaha
There were no representatives from Claret cause we plan to surprise them on NASHDC. Oh by the way, we're gonna host IDEA 1st which is at the end of August I think. So there you go...some boring debate stuff. haha

After 1 month...

After one month I finally updated my blog...The Dark Age is finally over and people have just realized that it's time to bring back the Renaissance period.
Speaking of the Renaissance period or something called the Golden Age, I just thought how I lack effort in debating. After our coach Estelle said that the past DEBSOCers had already provided a name for Claret meaning they already have a good reputation and other schools know that we can beat Ateneo and ICA it's like Nth times the pressure! Damn! how could we possibly surpass these Monsters? I have seen some of them and they're really really good for crying out loud!!!If only I joined the DEBSOC when I was still in my sophomore years... IDEA Lite is just around the corner. For others, "sheesh"...For me, "OHDAMN" Well it's my first time to compete with other schools and representing the name of CLARET. so better do good coz as I have heard..we are doing this for the last time coz this is our last year! Oh well...

We will be attending an Integrated Seminar in Ateneo or should I say "Atneow" on Saturday then we will be heading to Tagaytay for our Team Building and we will stay there until sunday afternoon or maybe night obviously we can't go to Araneta to watch the Ateneo vs La Salle game so we'll just watch it there. FUN?

I hope that God will guide the whole team and bring us all in the "Dream Finals" wherein all teams are composed of Claretians. Yeah!!! That's the Dream!!!
